MURPH

Named after the Navy Seal LT Mike “Murph” Murphy, this legendary workout is performed annually by thousands of Americans to honor fallen soldiers. During this workout you accomplish the following- 1 mile run- 100 pull ups – 200 push ups – 300 squats – 1 mile run.  Work out solo or join a group!  We’ll even help out with resistance bands for assisted pull ups. No matter what level of strength you’re at, our Vaunt team will guide you to success!
