Named after the Navy Seal LT Mike “Murph” Murphy, this legendary workout is performed annually by thousands of Americans to honor fallen soldiers. During this workout you accomplish the following- 1 mile run- 100 pull ups – 200 push ups – 300 squats – 1 mile run. Work out solo or join a group!
