By entering the Vaunt Fitness 10 Year Anniversary Giveaway (the “Giveaway”), each participant (“Participant”) agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Vaunt Fitness LLC (“Sponsor”), which are final and binding in all respects.

ELIGIBILITY
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and agents, and members of their immediate family or household, are not eligible to participate or win.
GIVEAWAY PERIOD
The Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. CST on Monday, January 12th and ends at 11:59 p.m. CST on Sunday, January 18th. Sponsor’s computer system shall be the official timekeeping device.
HOW TO ENTER
Automatic Entry – Active Members: All active Vaunt Fitness members in good standing during the Giveaway Period will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway.
Bonus Entries: Participants may earn additional bonus entries during the designated Bonus Entry Week by completing activities such as winning Vaunt Games or making merchandise and personal training purchases.
Limitations: Limit one (1) automatic entry per eligible member. Use of automated systems or fraudulent methods is prohibited.
