Nick, a NASM CPT, is more than just a trainer at Vaunt, he is a coach. He works beyond the 1-on-1 sessions and helps work with you to reach any lofty goals you may set. He works to support his clients beyond the gym with nutritional coaching and mobility routines, and also the often overlooked psychological aspect of creating positive change through regular check-ins via text/call. He trains people with dedication and a willingness to learn stemming from a genuine care about each and every client.
He is a jack of all trades. Clients range from a 12 year old basketball player, wanting to get faster for his season, to a 64 year old retiree that wants to get leaner for the sake of her grandchildren. As a former wrestler and strength athlete, his deepest passions lie in helping people become the strongest versions of themselves; this helps individuals reach their true potential physically, mentally and emotionally!
